We have been working under a contract for more than 4 years, and this is the first time we have encountered a similar situation. At first, goods worth 297,600 rubles were lost in the SDEK warehouse, and no discrepancies were found during the acceptance of the goods by SDEK employees. The shortage was discovered 13 days later when the order was assembled. The warehouse administrator, Adi**t, has not commented on the situation. Further, the same order is forbidden by the manager of the I.R.A.G. to be shipped to drivers who arrived according to the plan (3 cars were turned around at the gate). Everything was agreed in advance. Neither the manager of Ir**a G., nor the administrator of Adi**t, nor the technical support, nor the SDEC itself responds to written requests, we involve lawyers.
