I sent things from Georgia to Portugal via Mark'n'post (CDEK_Tbi5) on November 20th. We didn't have time to get to the destination ourselves, so we were given a Yandex cargo delivery, and with the help of a loader, we quickly loaded everything. The payment was then made in cash at the point itself, when all the items were weighed. Then, at the point, my things were carefully packed into boxes, provided with their own, and securely wrapped with white stretch film. At first, it was assumed that the things in the checked bags would arrive normally, but it turned out that they could tear when transported over such a long distance. We made a small discount for the repacking, which was nice (This small amount has already been transferred by card)! After the arrival of the items in Europe, the delivery was carried out by GLS, and only then the tracking function by track numbers became available. Each box has its own track number in case, but they all arrived together exactly 3 weeks after shipment. The total cost (I had 123 kg * €8 for 1 kg), of course, was not the cheapest, but the delivery was perfect. All the items arrived safely. The guys are always in touch, which is very important! I am very grateful to the team! Thank you very much! In the photo, things are in boxes before being sent to the point and upon arrival in Lisbon! It's important that not all companies that travel across Europe bring things straight to the apartment, as luck would have it. My friend and I were already dragging ourselves from the entrance to the apartment (But this is from another opera).

My wife found out about them somewhere, and we were able to safely resolve the issue of transporting our belongings (770kg!)) from Tbilisi to Madrid. We managed to send the documents with them just before the New Year, Although it was almost December 31st there) and now things have arrived as soon as the border was opened after the snowfall! We ordered delivery from Tbilisi to Belgrade. And from Tbilisi to Kazan. It took just a week to reach Kazan, and everything was safe and sound. Belgrade is about 2.5 weeks away. We arranged delivery to a friend's house because we didn't know how quickly we would find an apartment. Everything was explained and told. We helped with the remote registration, minimal participation on my part!😊 We helped with the transfer of bags from Kutaisi to Tbilisi through partners, everything also went great and cost only 52 lari (2*26). The bags were collected and the shipment was processed. In Belgrade, they phoned in a few days and clarified the delivery address, without any problems they changed it to another one. In general, I recently decided to use the services of this CDEK company in case of urgent need, having previously read all the reviews (they turned out to be positive), but in the end I was extremely disappointed. My document was sent from Tbilisi to Siberia in absolute safety, but, to my great regret, it turned out to be damaged during delivery. During one of the stages of transportation to the destination, when opening the package, the manager found that there was damage to the package: deformed, wet, torn, as well as the most important damage to the attachment: deformed, stained. When I opened the parcel, when it was sent back to Tbilisi, I was finally convinced that the documents had become unusable: the text was smeared, the pages stuck to each other, and in general they had lost their value. This is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important documents that require certain care during transportation. But in justification of this company, I can only say that the monetary compensation was made immediately (but as it turned out, when calculating, not in full). To sum up, I do not recommend this company if the safety and security of shipments are important to you. I will attach the photos below.

I used the delivery service 3 times from SDEK Vladikavkaz to Tbilisi everything was fine. The 4 time, I ordered a slightly larger shipment than usual, about 1.6 m x 0.3 m wide. As a result, I waited 20 days for my order. Every week, they promised to deliver it in a few days, six times! In the end, the order cost me 145 lari, and no discounts were offered as an apology. When I asked for a discount myself, they offered to knock off 15 lari, which is just ridiculous. I am unlikely to use this service again in the future. If anyone needs to deliver valuable cargo or something urgent, or something large, I would not recommend it either.
