I have already sent a parcel and a very important document (power of attorney) from Tbilisi to Russia. Everything gets to Siberia fairly quickly, within about 10-14 days. Everything arrived intact, nothing was lost.
The guys are always in touch, ready to answer any questions about delivery and help. They will draw your attention to nuances that you might not have thought about or simply did not know about, and will tell you how best to make sure that your parcel arrives unharmed. Full support, it is very convenient and valuable)
The guys also bring orders from the marketplaces. Firstly, I had a strange situation: when a CDEK employee came to receive my order from Wildberries, it turned out that there was nothing to receive. In any other services, you will wait for your orders for a couple of weeks at best, but most often for a month, two, three... Personally, I have never had the experience to have an order arrive so quickly somewhere else. In general, now I plan to deliver all orders from marketplaces only here.

Many thanks to the guys for the high-quality delivery. I sent 42.5 kg of things from Tbilisi to Sofia. At the department, the staff carefully packed everything and prepared it for shipment. The package arrived quickly: the items were handed over on September 29, and delivered to Sofia on October 7.
All communication took place in telegram, which is very convenient. The packages were delivered door to door. I definitely recommend it!

Many thanks to the guys, they work quickly, efficiently and with a soul :) The first parcel was documents from St. Petersburg via SDEK quickly and all on time. And my second experience before going to bed I saw a discount on Ozone and it caught fire (I'm not in Tbilisi, I'm in Kobuleti) local people who drive or the car is clogged or some excuses :) I wrote at night (well, I really wanted to buy) to the guys on instagram and they told me no problem :) and so they delivered 9 kg of happiness to me right home in Kobuleti. Everything is perfectly packed without sparing the pupyrki and paper :) everything arrived safely and quickly. thank you very much.

We helped with the transfer of bags from Kutaisi to Tbilisi through partners, everything also went great and cost only 52 lari (2*26). The bags were collected and the shipment was processed.
In Belgrade, they phoned in a few days and clarified the delivery address, without any problems they changed it to another one. On the day of delivery, we called and met at the agreed time.

I turned to these wonderful people with the task of transporting belongings (200 kg per minute) from Tbilisi to Sofia. The guys took a very responsible approach to the task, everything was carefully packed and I received everything safely in a little over 2 weeks.
Separately, I would like to note that we discussed in advance that things would probably be repackaged for better recycling of boxes, so this was not a surprise.
They took things from the address and also brought them to the address and helped to lift them to the 3rd floor.

Довольно уютный небольшой офис, легко найти. Вежливый сотрудник, подробно все разъясняет, общение было на русском. Процедура отправки потребовала наличия Телеграмм в телефоне, что отличается от обычной процедуры в СДЭК, но даёт определенные плюсы: например, уведомление о получении. По самой доставке - доставили быстрее, чем ожидал, доставка в Россию (экспресс доставка документов).

The order 1500742581 was delivered twice at an unscheduled time - delivery was scheduled for the evening, in fact it was delivered before 15 o'clock. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the CDEK delivery service. When contacting the chatbot, operators can help with making changes to the delivery data, or they may refuse. In general, there are only constant problems.
At pick-up points, orders are treated like garbage: they can throw a box, kick it, tell the customer to pick up his order from the warehouse himself. It's sad that some stores only work with your delivery service!

Уже не раз воспользовалась услугами компании и всегда все идеально. Отправляла посылку в Москву - доставили меньше чем за неделю, плюсом ко всему - постоянно были на связи и присылали актуальные статусы! Также заказывала товары с озона/вб. Тоже все прошло прекрасно, без лишних заморочек. Доставили все в целости и сохранности, за разумную цену и довольно быстро. Так что однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием буду пользоваться их услугами снова и снова

The St. Petersburg branch of SDEK incorrectly issued documents, which affected the duration of delivery. The staff of the department to which I am writing this review helped to get out of the situation and file a claim. They gave instructions on how to act in the future so as not to get into a similar situation. Employees really care about the company's reputation, which is a huge plus. I wish SDEC to have more such representatives. Good luck in the new year, we will contact your department more than once :)

И так, сделал заказ забрать посылку сдэк и доставить до Тбилиси. В посылке кофемашинка, дошла в целости и сохраности. Поразила в первую очередь скорость доставки: вечером посылка пришла в пункт выдачи, а утром следующего дня уже забрал, хотя говорили, чтоб закладывал 3 дня на это, по факту меньше суток, очень доволен. Во вторую очередь порадовало, что можно написать поздно вечером или даже к полуночи и получить ответ. Общение очено удобно через телеграмм. В общем и целом 5/5 без преувеличения. Очень круто

I placed an order through ozone. Everything went well) The staff at the point is very polite, they speak Russian, the order itself was delivered quickly - in 5 days. The point is located near the house, so I will use it)
Before placing an order, keep in mind that there are a lot of orders and there may be delays in receiving and sending. I saw in the ozone application that the manager did not have time to receive the parcel on the designated day, and simply re-sent the new code the next day.
Tip: If you have several orders in ozone, order so that they arrive approximately on the same day at the pick-up point and send the QR code to the manager not on the last day of order storage, but at least 2-3 days before the expiration of the order storage period. Manager Anna collects the codes before 15:00 and responds in turn. Orders are received every weekday.
I read about delays in orders and long answers, but now I understand that there are a lot of parcels, it is difficult to process them and I calmly treat such trifles)

Письмо доставили в срок как и обещали! Отправляла очень важные документы, надо было очень срочно доставить. Мне предложили несколько вариантов и всё подробно разъяснили.
Общение проходило на русском. На всех этапах доставки регулярно отправляли сообщение о состоянии заказа.
Ребята очень душевные! Классно пообщались, угостили чаем. В общем 10 из 10! Всем советую!

Сам Сдэк работает нормально, отправляли в Россию и из России, все оперативно,
но доставка WB это просто ужас!
Везут заказ из пункта выдачи во Владикавказе уже 17 дней!!! «Менеджер» Анна не может дать никакой нормальной информации, приходится постоянно дергать и напоминать, ни разу не извинились перед клиентом за такую задержку!
Удалось выдавить из нее информацию что моя посылка почему то уехала в Батуми и когда она приедет ко мне никто не знает!
Крайне не рекомендую делать заказы из WB через это отделение.

Hello everyone. It was very scary to transport cool electronics to Moscow from Tbilisi, because a week before the shipment, they decided to deliver it to Moscow themselves, which is why they just turned us around.
