Everything is very fast. I will constantly send them through the guys to St. Petersburg and Moscow. They explain everything and help. Igor keeps the discipline that makes you want to come back. I've been to other locations several times, and you spend an hour explaining what you want to do or what you need to pick up. Calls are always answered if you need to clarify something. I recommend this location to everyone.

The shipment was going to the Russian Federation, I was not told what to pick up at the post office. As a result, the parcel arrived and the SMS went to the wrong number with the code and the cell number, I, as the sender, also did not receive an SMS. I went to the department and they can't help me, although I'm standing with my passport and receipt. Why can't such a situation be solved not by sending the parcel back, but by being able to contact technical specialists and take this code and cell number? The package was sent back... The staff is friendly but they are not able to help.
