Wonderful staff, easy to communicate. Fast Ozon delivery. There can be some issues with international Sdek, so ask all the information before sending. 5 stars!

The cargo was supposed to arrive from Kazan to Tbilisi via CDEK, but has not yet been delivered. I've been waiting for over a month now. This is a very poor delivery service. When you come to the CDEK office in Tbilisi, the staff tells you to contact the sender in Kazan. This attitude only causes stress for clients. The package was sent on May 27th, and today is June 13th, but we still haven't received it. At the same time, the system indicated that on June 13 the parcel would be ready for delivery to the customer. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and would like an explanation for the delay.😡😡😡😡😌😌😌

I ordered delivery from Tbilisi to Batumi. There is a banner on the website that is delivered from 1 day, when placing an order on the website, SDEK issued a deadline of 2-3 days, but in fact the order was delivered only a week later!!! It took SDEK 7 whole days to cover the 400km journey. If you want problems, disregard and disrupted delivery times, then you are here!
