I do not advise anyone to contact! On March 1, a parcel was sent from Almaty to Tashkent, the delivery time is 10-12 days, today 13 days have passed and the parcel has not been received. They asked for a bunch of documents, including a residence permit, a marriage certificate, and a prescription for a drug. On our part, everything was provided on time, but the parcel is still in the warehouse. The Almaty branch refers to the fact that they are waiting for approval from Uzbekistan, and the Tashkent branch is not responding to calls. I managed to get through to them once, and the communication was as disgusting as possible. As a result, no one knows when we will receive the parcel or whether we will receive it at all!
