Monstrous organization of work. Business-sending 10 parcels in front of me. Instead of giving the girl the Sdec boxes and offering to choose the sizes herself, the manager picks up the box 3 times for each shipment. The manager is alone. A queue of 5-6 people is gathering. I'm right behind the girl, waiting for 30 minutes. It's my turn. A routine security check begins, which I send out, just like at the airport. I'm sending a new motherboard, there are a lot of small compartments with cables in the box. The sdec manager asks you to open absolutely every compartment. And what is it? Oh, the cable is so-and-so. And this? Oh, another one. And this? Time is passing. I'm saying that this is not the level of service I expect. The manager suggests that I send it somewhere else, which I do.

The most disgusting service I've ever encountered.After two days of waiting for the courier , I had to go on my own to the SDEK branch during working hours , where closed doors with information about the break were waiting . The operator's service has not solved or answered any of the questions raised . If you want to wait forever for the parcel to be sent , then welcome to this company .
