A wonderful hotel. Very convenient location. It is located almost in the center of Goreme. Magnificent view of the panorama of the city and flying balloons. Very friendly and attentive staff. We are ready to respond to any request and help in any matter. Both the hotel managers and their assistants are Narin and Beyza. The city center and the main shops, souvenir shops, restaurants are just 3 minutes on foot. It's the same distance to the observation deck, although the view of the flying balloons from the hotel terrace is also wonderful. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Through the hotel, you can book a transfer from / to the airport, balloon flights and various excursions. You can also change the currency to Turkish lira. The exchange rate, by the way, is even more profitable than at the exchange offices at the bus station :)

The only disadvantages are the non-working vacuum cleaner and the lack of parking directly next to the hotel. Otherwise, a normal hotel, very convenient location, lots of establishments nearby, decent breakfast, clean, water, tea, coffee, kettles in the room, warm in winter, if you need something extra, they will bring it without problems.

The only 2 advantages of this hotel are the delicious good breakfasts and the administrator of the Base. There are no more advantages. The hotel is very old and stale, the plumbing is a nightmare - the bathroom smells of sewage and mold, the taps are rusty and battered. The ceiling is crumbling, very poor sound insulation (or lack thereof). The hotel has a rooftop bar that plays loud music and stays up late. In general, I definitely won't go back there and I won't recommend it. Maybe all the other cave hotels are the same, we booked late, the choice was already not very big.
