For me, the main disadvantage was the constant very strong wind that blows through the windows and because of this, a constant noise is formed that does not subside day or night. Sometimes the wind blew so hard at night that it seemed to me that the windows would not hold up. In short, sleepless nights are guaranteed. Because of the same wind, it is impossible to sunbathe or lie down with a book on the beach. All that remains is to go shopping (by taxi) or on excursions. If the windows do not face the sea, then there is quite a lively neighborhood on the other side. Also, the downside was that you have to walk about 1.5 km to the nearest store, so even a simple purchase of water becomes a problem. There is not much to walk near the house, there is almost no infrastructure. The sea is nearby, but very shallow. You won't be able to swim for pleasure. In general, my vacation in this house disappointed me, and I also found out on the booking the price for similar apartments in the same house, two times cheaper than I paid. By the way, they refused to return the money for the days that I paid for, but did not live.

The sea is clear and very close. The sound of the surf can be heard from the balcony on the 6th floor. But it's shallow, there's a rush after lunch and the chest gets somewhere. You have to go to the depths and fish. The nearest shop is a 13-minute walk away, and the center of El Achaea is a 15-minute walk away. There are both farms and cafes. Everything a person needs. But you can also take an Uber back with purchases. Be careful! A dark-skinned marriage conman lives on the beach! Don't believe him!))
