It's a great store (there are 2 Cartier boutiques in the Dubai Mall), I like this one a lot more. I already have a decent amount of ransom online, so a Russian-speaking manager from Kazakhstan is always in touch, I did not notice any discrimination against Russians, they issued a tax free. As a last resort, I came to get a ring, all sizes were available, they helped me decide on the size.
