I have used the Caps Lock service a couple of times and I must say that it is very convenient, especially if you are not from Almaty and you have 5-8 hours between flights. The staff is very polite and provides full information. There is a shower and a washbasin, which is very convenient in summer, but there is one disadvantage that there is no toilet and you have to use a public one.In general, I recommend this place to visit.

Just from the concussion. For example, the door was hit or the capsule opened from below. You must admit, it's not very convenient when you're lying in bed and the door opens. It really spoiled the impression, because I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of it. The administration promised to fix it.

I had to use this place due to the lack of places in the nearest hotel. The impressions remained negative for the simple reason that the cell was booked by the employer, and at the time of my check-in, the air conditioner was not working in the cell, many lighting elements and panel functions were broken. The location of the capsules near the airport toilet, which prevented rest! Noisy environment! Also, the cell was upper, there were inconveniences to get into it and besides, a very thin ceiling that was illuminated by airport lighting! What influenced the rest in the end. When asked why they did not change the cell when checking in or make repairs, the staff avoided a direct answer! Conclusion, just to make money from customers! A vacation option, yes, a good one! But for such a price, you can have a better rest in a hotel room! Unfortunately, there are no photos left. It would be very nice to show holes, cracks, wires and especially the heat in the capsule and the lack of fresh air!

Excellent and polite staff. I did my best with the booking and making sure everything was as good as possible. But: - it's noisy, there's no sound isolation at all. It's quieter to sleep on the train - It's light, the capsule itself is such that there's enough light through the cracks to make it uncomfortable. - it's stuffy, there is no air conditioner, there is ventilation. I was sleeping at 28.2 degrees. You can turn on the ventilation more strongly - it will become even noisier. - the water in the shower does not go away, you finish the shower standing ankle-deep in the water In the end, it's a great idea, but I'd rather sleep on a bench for free than for money just for having a mattress.
