And the prices were set at 9k-12k $ per square meter, and the house is not even started. Some incompetent student architect drew a couple of renders and simple layouts, and they started selling. And nobody knows what premium is. No one has any idea what it is. Recently, everything that is being built in a small center is accompanied by the word premium. To the question of whether you already have a premium somewhere, is it possible to see how much it will cost to operate and manage, what services will be there, what about the concierge, what elevators, security systems, cleaning, finishing materials, ...? The answer is one - you haven't decided yet. You pay, buy for 12k$, and you'll get what you get. The house was crammed between the old houses and named the premiere. Look at the architecture. Seriously? How is this even possible? How will the house look in an ensemble with neighboring houses? Who agreed on this for you at all? The gold price of this house at this stage is 3-3.5k$, no more. And this is even an inflated price, based on the bubble in the price of a square in Yerevan. In the neighboring ready-made new buildings, you can buy an apartment for 4k $. And this one definitely won't be any better. Sorry. Someone should tell us about the illiteracy and lawlessness in the construction of housing in Yerevan. Will people buy apartments at this price? Of course, some will buy it. A lot of apartments will remain unsold, the money for completion will run out, and those who bought will wait, wait and wait... This is my opinion.
