I bought a sofa set, a television unit, a dining table, chairs and a base from Capilon Furniture (Aşağı Entertainment Branch). The products were received on March 31, 2026, delivered on May 13. The day immediately after delivery, on May 14, I reported the problems I experienced to the branch where I bought the product. It was installed just yesterday, we have been kept waiting since May 14th until today. If I hadn't called and communicated, they still wouldn't have come. The wooden parts of the sofa set are not sanded, there are cutting errors, and the backrest part plays. While the middle legs look the same and attentive as the other legs in the exhibition, a flat, angular wooden piece has been placed in the middle part of the incoming product. All the chairs have foot problems, he plays and makes noise when he sits down. In addition, there is paint scorching on the chairs and the foot plastics are installed incorrectly. The drawer of the TV unit closes hard because it is stuck crooked. The sofa set has four cushions, and they are not round. As can be seen in the photo, the underside of the seat was made sloppy. After communicating the problems, the team came to the house and looked at it, but during this process, no information was given to my side, I had to constantly follow the process by calling. They even stated that they had forgotten me in a conversation. Yesterday they only replaced the wooden part of the sofa set, but this part was installed incorrectly in the same way and the problems continue exactly the same. If my complaints had been listened to carefully, the same mistake would not have been repeated yesterday. That's why the problem with the sofa set continues. Despite this, there was not even a return in the form of “have your problems been fixed” after that. Although I show the photos of the display product, my objections are not taken into account by saying “the middle part will be a flat board”, and it is said that there is no problem with the chairs. The drawer is hanging out, it was shamelessly said, "it gets used to over time." They do not admit and apologize for their mistakes in any way, and they do not feel embarrassed. Despite the fact that the defective product was sold and my complaints were not taken into consideration sufficiently, a proper solution was still not produced. In order to eliminate this victimization I have experienced, I request that a reasonable discount be applied to me, taking into account the defects and defects in the products I have purchased, and that the problems in the products be permanently eliminated. Don't be fooled by the positive comments on Google and other social media, take a good photo of the display product you received. They fixed two flat boards to the lower middle part of the seat I bought, I'm saying it wasn't like that on display, they don't believe it. The feet that are worn now do not even touch the ground. I showed her the photo, they insist that this is how it happens there. Their workmanship is very bad, you can see it in the photos I shared.
