I used to go to this place - only because of a certain laser technician. Place itself and the laser technician were nice, but the administration and management were just awful. They used to mess up the appointments - they would give your slot to another person who showed up without a notice, and you would wait there for at least 30 minutes. They accept the clients who are late and they would go on with the whole procedure even if the client is late for 45 minutes. The administrator has an unpleasant attitude besides being terrible at time management. The laser technicians here are so polite and helpful, too bad that scheduling here is so poor. Only for their clientele favouritism and horrid time management - I stopped visiting and won’t be advising.

The first experience of laser hair removal happened at Candela. And I regret this, because they put a lot of power on me and it was incredibly painful, as a result, I was smeared with panthenol for two weeks. I didn't go there anymore, I moved to Glase, where there is a price=quality=professionalism correspondence.
