I ordered a cake for pickup from this branch and was confronted with a rude attitude from the staff. Firstly, the card payment terminal was not working and the cashier said in a commanding tone, "pay with cash or click/pay." It's not convenient, and at least a semblance of an apology for the inconvenience would not hurt. Secondly, talking through your lip, "right now," the lack of a normal greeting or farewell also does not add joy. The exact opposite of the branches on C-1 or Bobura, where the staff is very polite. I'm unpleasantly surprised. The cake, of course, is delicious, for which I do not give one star.

It is a pity that the institution does not have a book of reviews and suggestions. The serving does not correspond to the level of the dish and the establishment. San Sebastian cheesecake is very tasty, but serving chocolate in a cheap plastic dip pot greatly spoils the overall impression of the dish. This dessert deserves at least a ceramic ramekin or a small sauce pan. I hope the service is adjusted to the level of the kitchen.

Then one day they came - he wasn't there, and the service at that time was, frankly, very weak. The next time they called to book a table - and we had always booked before - they told us that "we do not book tables." Not because there are no vacancies, but simply because we don't book. Well, OK, we gave the institution another chance. We booked a table (this time the reservation was accepted for some reason), we arrived - there was no table, everything was occupied. I don't want to come anymore.

Also at that moment, the waiters next to the customers began to communicate negatively with each other. Zero professionalism and service. The food is not bad, I hope the institution will be able to do a good job of training its service.

Disgusting service. My friend and I went in, sat down and didn't have time to order anything — literally ran out of there! The waiter was very rude. It was winter: a friend asked where to hang the jacket, and he replied as if we were homeless and went to his house to beg! It was disgusting. I'm a coffee drinker, I buy coffee in different cafes almost every day, but this was the first time I had such an attitude. The sediment remained. I'm not in Cake Lab Boulevard anymore.
