In general, the establishment leaves a pleasant impression: the cakes and pastries here are really very tasty, you can feel the quality and diligence in cooking. However, I would like to mention an important point related to the service. Unfortunately, the attitude of some employees towards visitors leaves much to be desired. It seems that the attention and level of service sometimes depend on the appearance of the customer. But not everyone comes dressed up — many people just come in to get something for tea, and this is absolutely normal. I really want all the guests to be treated equally respectfully and kindly, regardless of their appearance. Then this place will not only be delicious, but also truly comfortable for all visitors.
