A pleasant modern pastry shop with a kitchen. The food is delicious, the drinks are good. We took cheesecakes, pumpkin cream soup, various coffees and pies with cherries and apple-lemon. What pleased me was that the pie had lemon and a pleasant sourness. The pastries are not clogged with sugar, as is often the case in other pastry shops. Another definite plus is that the latte was hot! They often make it barely warm and it cools down faster than they can bring the food. The temperature of the drink is excellent here.

We ordered water and brought a bottle without glasses. The first breakfast was served, but the dishes were forgotten. The second breakfast was waited for another 30 minutes (there were at most 5 people in the establishment). As a result, the wrong breakfast arrived. The waiter got mixed up. We just left. In the process, I had to get up from my seat several times and call the waiter, who didn't even try to come over and find out if everything was OK. We also contacted the manager, who could not help. P.S. I do not advise ordering a matcha latte here — it only depends on the color. It tastes like ordinary warmed milk)

As a result, an hour of wasted time, a spoiled mood and an impression of the institution. So, we are addressing our feedback to the administration so that they pay attention to the work of your staff and take appropriate measures. Firstly, the service is very slow. Secondly, the kitchen should work in tandem with the waiters. If some dishes are running out, they are put on a stop list and informed in advance to the waiters so that the waiters, in turn, do not keep the customer waiting and he has the opportunity to choose an alternative cafe / restaurant where the staff is more attentive and nimble.
