Cheesecakes are baked by the owner's wife. I can say that this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever tasted all over the world, and I've tried them in New York, Seoul, and Bilbao (they really understand them in these cities). In general, I highly recommend it for its lightness, richness and lack of excessive sweetness. The photo shows what I managed to photograph before we dealt with them.
