There is no level of service. There was a feeling that the cafe was focused on imported groups of tourists, and the tables were set up in advance. I visited with my family, waited for the ordered food for a very long time, and watched as the empty neighboring tables were set. They defiantly put a stack of plates on the table, like, "let's do it ourselves." There are no complaints about the quality of the prepared dishes.
