Level 5 Local Expert

We went to this place sometimes, for the sake of a beautiful view. As a bonus, we ordered coffee with pancakes (not cheap, about 30 GEL per person). Today we were not allowed into an EMPTY cafe, as they decided to serve only the residents of their apartment hotel. Moreover, the manager, in a passive-aggressive form, tried in every possible way to expel us from an EMPTY floor of the building, so that we would not accidentally look and, God forbid, take a picture of the view. Hopefully, they will go bankrupt soon enough, and the new owners will be more adequate.

Good staff. Beautiful view. A simple menu with no problems. Prices are above average. The hotel's bar/cafe is on the 37th floor. I recommend you to visit

I made a courchevel (dish) right on the slope of the 31st floor of the 01 room, a bomb! Very tasty, very cool, I always thank you from above for the beautiful view from the window and balcony and for the service! Kamarjoba!
