Cabinet is much more than just a beautiful spot; it is an outstanding restaurant that truly elevates the culinary scene in Dilijan. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet incredibly inviting, striking the perfect balance for a memorable lunch or an elegant evening dinner. The food here is simply top-notch. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece—beautifully presented, made with the freshest ingredients, and bursting with rich flavors. Their menu offers a fantastic fusion of tastes that will please even the most demanding gourmands. Paired with their excellent selection of drinks and the impeccable, highly professional service from the staff, our visit was nothing short of perfect.
