The car is thoroughly washed, even in the trunk it is clear that the objects lying there were moved to wipe the surface, which, as a rule, was not done at other car washes. The mats are well dried, they did not have to be dried, so that there was no unpleasant smell of dampness. The windows have been treated with something, they have not been soiled for a week, dirty water just rolls off them. There is a preliminary appointment, a pleasant receptionist, you can wait until the washing process is underway, or you can do other things, they will call you when the car can be picked up. In general, all employees are very friendly, pleasant to communicate with. Now - just here to the sink!

After a comprehensive 150 BYN car wash, deep and unpleasant scratches were left on the passenger door, which were not there before the car wash, of course. Since the delivery of cars after washing is carried out in pitch darkness, I saw them only on arrival home by accident, when I was picking up things from the passenger seat. I wrote to the guys, briefly describing the situation > they offered to come > the next day I arrived > they seriously tried to impute to me that these were supposedly someone's nails that were already there. Although at the slightest examination of the damage site, it is clearly visible that there are many small and very thin scratches, which is not typical for nails. One wide scratch shows that it was "scratched" (there are many thin scratches left). The version about nails was invented only because the place of damage is located near the door handle (which no one uses, the wife has her own car). If the damage had been in another place, there would have been a different version. Even if you simply look at the place of damage, then in no case of the most perverted version of opening the doors can the nails be in this place, the administrator could not show me or explain how it was possible to leave many thin scratches on this part of the door. The receptionist kindly offered to stop by any other car wash, where they would allegedly also confirm to me that the damage to the car wash was not typical. That's exactly what I did, immediately after they stopped by the next detaling, where they confirmed to me that these were definitely not nails, and the place was not typical for damage to the film with nails. The satin film is not polished, nothing but a complete plywood door will not help here. Of course, it's not a foot anymore, I recommend other customers to be careful, be sure to fix and memorize the places of old scratches, and check new ones immediately after washing. I have attached photos of my injuries to the review so that you can form your own opinion.

They talked me here to a super car wash with super cleaning of some points on the body (touch it with your hand, you feel rough). With some kind of super coating (your hard wax is the last century, but our coating is expensive!). As a result, the sink cost me 300 rubles, they promised hydrophobia for several months. In fact, I drove 800 km in a couple of weeks, there is no hydrophobe on the body anymore. I don't see any difference with a car wash for 60 rubles anywhere in the city, a regular car wash is exorbitantly expensive. Of course, you are good at selling beautifully, but I am unlikely to come here again, because I feel that you promised one thing, but I got another. I have a feeling that I wasted my money.
