We were extremely dissatisfied with the service in this studio. The employee at the counter gives the impression of a person who works the first day: she behaves uncertainly when accepting orders, constantly gets confused in documents, works extremely slowly — because of this, people simply turn around and leave without waiting for their turn. We asked to find out the cost of repairs, but instead they placed an order for us. When we came to pick up the item, it turned out that we also needed to issue a waiver — although we did not give consent to the work at all. I was also surprised by the price — hemming the curtains would have cost 75 rubles, although in another studio they asked three times less for a similar job. It's a pity, but after such an experience, we definitely won't come back and recommend this place to anyone.
