I took the sheepskin coat to the dry cleaners. No one offered to trim the fittings. When giving away the sheepskin coat, no one showed that the fittings were broken. They just gave it away quietly and silently, the broken hardware was in a bag attached to a hanger (photo attached). There was no feedback from the master. I'm going to put on a sheepskin coat the next day, but it's not wearable. After long conversations, they promised that if I bought accessories, they would do everything as it was for free. 2 weeks of shopping + orders on the marketplace, I found the accessories, I bring the sheepskin coat, they tell me "pay when you're ready." It's a great scheme to break fittings and then withdraw money for re-fitting. The hardware is broken too smoothly. But the most unpleasant thing was constantly riding to solve issues, so that later the company would not keep its word. For a moment, I live outside the city. I ask the management to contact and resolve this issue. That 's not how it 's done . 2 were broken, but 1 remained intact.

As for the dry cleaning, it met all expectations, as if it were new - the knees were smoothed out, although they did not promise this, but there was a request for this! I just had ankle boots at home that I couldn't throw away, because it was difficult to get my feet wet in them + my feet never froze, but it was already a shame to wear them: salted and greasy suede...Manual shoe cleaning at the C&D dry cleaners is not a cheap pleasure, but I decided to take a chance. I regret that I did not take a photo "BEFORE"...The photo "AFTER" is attached. Now, for a couple of seasons of slush, salt and mud, they will definitely be enough for me.
