For your 120 rubles, they can ruin a white natural down jacket (worth 700 rubles) and close it with a reply that "THE CONTRACTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTEGRITY AND SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT." When contacting this dry cleaner, I was guided by the reviews here, unfortunately, but I should have read the book of comments and everything would have become clear immediately.

I came to find out the prices for dry cleaning of down jackets. I was prompted about the promotion (2 things -25%). She brought two of her down jackets, which were pretty worn out. We've been warned about all the possible nuances. I picked it up today: the things are as new as if I had just bought them!!! Delight))) The job is done neatly. Everything is the same, intact. Thank you so much for your work. I recommend it 100%! I would also like to mention the work of the staff: very nice, polite ladies who will tell you everything, explain and prompt you)))
