I was told that they would do it by January 7-8, but there may be a delay until the 10th. As a result, it was done on January 22. I didn't rush it, but I periodically asked about the process. On January 26, my friend was in Minsk, and since the payment was initially made in full, he took it according to the documents. I was inspired to receive a down jacket, but when I unwrapped it, I found that GEO remained from the GEOX inscription. I contacted the administrator and she promised me to look for the missing letter. A couple of days later, I bothered her again and she said that the letter had not been found and perhaps it was trapped in the washing machines and had to wait a week for them to fill up and be cleaned. I waited another week and bothered her again about this issue, to which she said that the letters had not been found and that was all. I asked her to solve this problem somehow, but she said that they were not responsible for it. I insisted that it was very important to me and I needed to resolve this issue, to which the administrator said that their lawyer would contact me. After waiting almost a week for the lawyer's call, I called the administrator again, to which I was told to wait for the lawyer's call, a day later I dialed the lawyer myself and eventually received an answer that this was not their problem and do whatever you want. As a result, the filler is knocked down, the inscription is partially lost, I don't know how to wear it. There are checks and proofs. Conclusion: the level of this office is to wash grandma's panties and no more. Do not give them branded good things (it will be better to wash them in your washing machine). There is no responsibility. Wasted money, nerves, time and stuff.
