We bought a car from your network a month and a half ago. The manager promised capes, all kinds of extras, and so on. He was very polite, and in the end we bought a different car, which was more expensive. They didn't give me capes, they fed me breakfast, then they said they gave me thresholds instead of capes, although they also promised thresholds. He asked to replace the thresholds with capes, only promises. As soon as we left the car (it was raining), the large wiper was defective. It took a month and a half to pick up the wipers, they gave me an old one (they took it off the car in the showroom). Not even a set, but an old one that gets its hands dirty with black. They didn't give me a cape, they said they didn't have one. The sunroof and the right controller are not working in the car. They promised to replace it under warranty … The second car in the family was bought at Astana Motors. Everything is working, everything that was promised has been fulfilled.
