A friend sent me birthday flowers through this company. But unfortunately, the bouquet she chose and paid for had nothing to do with the bouquet I received. A friend complained to the company, and she received 50% of the bouquet price back, without explanation or apology. The approach to business is amazing! It's not enough that they didn't coordinate with her to replace the bouquet and instead sent it worse, instead of upgrading and sending the bouquet better and more expensive.
