The music boomed until 11, then immediately everything went quiet. 1st line, but it's decent to go to the sea from some rooms located at the beginning of the base, closer to the pool. There is a cafe on the beach. The food is generally good, but nothing supernatural, the portions are small, and the cost is not small. On Fridays, a DJ plays there, and it's so loud that it's impossible to be inside, but someone likes it)) There is also a good playground, which is also large + There is a canopy on the beach The base is located almost at the end of the spit, and if you go outside the gate, there is nowhere to go for a walk. There is a grocery store right at the base, but the prices there are appropriate. A good option for a weekend break. It is suitable for a long stay if you buy food in advance and cook on your own. We got a room without a kitchen, there was nowhere to cook there. But, according to the administration, there are also rooms with a kitchen, they were just occupied at the time of our arrival.

We had a vacation here a week ago with the whole family in a Duplex. Beautiful, very well maintained territory, lots of greenery, smells of pine needles and the sea. The house is good: noise insulation for 5+, comfortable beds, appliances are working, bathrooms are normal. Everything is in good condition. In some places, of course, there are shortcomings in the type of loose canopies, but they eliminate everything as they arrive. Of course, I would like to see more modern TVs running on Android and powered by Wi-Fi, rather than an antenna that works day after day. The beach is very large, clean, they keep an eye on it, but cigarette butts still get in (a question for vacationers), you can rent a chaise longue for 200 rubles a day. The sea is deep enough, suitable for both children and adults. To a depth of 10-15 meters to go. The pool is not as big as in the photo, but it is not small either. Its depth is not 1.6 m as written. I'm 1.7m tall and I can't reach the bottom a little closer to the center. There is actually no children's pool (a children's pool is a pool up to 60 cm deep, not a former inactive Jacuzzi), nevertheless, children from 6 years old (+/-) splashed in this tub. We didn't make it, my daughter is just over a year old. The cleanliness of the pool leaves much to be desired, the steps and the floor of the bowl are dirty. Obviously dirty. There's chlorine in the pool, who cares (not new odorless disinfectants). The heating of the pool is also questionable, there were several cold days, the water was more or less warm. It is questionable because it is not warm enough in June to heat the water in natural conditions. The water in the sea is +23, not everyone can swim, and the pool was +/- as well. If this temperature is OK, of course they swim. In my opinion, the children's bowl was not heated at all, I often tried the water and it was not warm. The cafe on the beach is good and the prices there are the same as in our city. This is the norm for us: pizza from 650 rubles and up to 900 rubles, salads from 500 rubles, soups from 400 rubles. But everything is individual here. The cocktails are delicious and the price is also reasonable. The price of accommodation is reasonable, I will not say that this is a very expensive place. In terms of price and quality, everything is fine. Overall, I liked the hotel. The territory, nice houses, a large beach and endless sea are captivating. The rest of the points are so important to me, so I put 5, but I don't think it's right to keep silent about them.

Condees work great One of the disadvantages is the infrastructure around it. There's nowhere much to eat. The store has everything that would not die) but without variety The shower is tired, the faucet is not working properly, and some of the water does not get into the shower. From the wishes of the owners, if you don't want to do it yourself, then hang up the phones of food deliveries, and so on. I really wanted shrimps, but I don't know where to buy them. But in general, I recommend it.
