During the transfer, the luggage, which is known in advance, arrived in a car that stupidly could not fit the luggage. Some of the things are hugged in the cabin. In response to the accusation of lying, my dispatcher was simply added to the emergency list. It's good if my feedback helps someone.

I went to Crimea by bus from Kiev and was very pleased. The service is excellent: everything was organized, the route was thought out, there were no delays. The drivers are professionals, they drove calmly and carefully. Comfortable chairs, you could get comfortable and get some sleep. The bus was clean, there were all amenities, even Wi-Fi and phone charging. I liked that the stops were made in the right places, you could stretch out and have a snack.
