I bought a ticket on the busfor website. The ticket was for 16-30. It is recommended to arrive at the train station 50 minutes before the flight. 33 minutes before the flight, I received an SMS that the departure was postponed to 19-00. At 19:00 there is no flight, no information. The carrier's phone is unavailable. Busfor support doesn't know anything. All questions are answered by saying "contact the carrier, get through when they become available." At 20-10, the next SMS arrives that the bus will be at 20-30, but at this time the bus does not arrive and there is no information. That is, busfor accepts your money, but does not bear any responsibility, does not give any information, cannot change the ticket and offers only to wait and try to contact the carrier, which is unavailable. I highly do not recommend this service. Because no one is responsible, does not give information, and you will stay overnight at the train station, without the opportunity to leave and you have no right to any compensation. All you can do is hand over the ticket to the carrier (when it becomes available).

I don't recommend it! According to the information provided in the ticket, there was no flight. There was no way to notify either by e-mail or by phone number. There is nothing more to add. Draw your own conclusions about the service, the ticket was paid for with a card. And the refund for the ticket now remains open and questionable.

Tickets for a cancelled flight have not been refunded for more than a month! In August, we bought Minsk-Lithuania tickets for September 6th. A couple of days later, we received a message that our flight had been canceled. Naturally, we immediately clicked "refund tickets" and had to search for and buy new tickets. Have bought. 2 weeks later (the money had not been returned by that time) Busfor is sending a message that the cancelled flight will take place! After 2 weeks! When people have already purchased new tickets and refund requests have been made. a month has passed! We have already returned from a trip. The money was never returned. We call the "support service" and they just say: we see that you have a refund request, but unfortunately we don't know why it took so long and when it will be reviewed. Such is the support service.
