The employee replied to the request to change it, it is fresh, it is stored for 10 minutes, he refused to make a replacement. I called the manager, the manager claimed the same thing, that the French fries should not be hot, they are immediately hot after frying. After a million requests for a replacement, the manager deigned to replace the almost cold potatoes with hot ones. Why should a guest eat something slightly warm instead of hot? This problem has been repeated over and over again, I hope the director sees the review and affects the work of the manager and employees!
