I ate the whopper menu deliciously at the Historia burger branch where I stopped by to skip lunch. This branch is quite spacious and beautiful.The staff is also extremely polite and I would definitely recommend the friendly way to the fallen.

Istanbul Historia Shopping Mall Branch About Missing Products and Victimization Explanation: On June 21, 2026, we ordered a meal with my daughter from your Burger King branch located at Istanbul Historia Shopping Mall. However, the product presented to us was completely different from the content promised in the menu images and on the order screen, obviously incomplete and extremely poor quality. We could not get the price I paid due to this sloppy service and product presentation with incomplete content, which is not appropriate for a corporate brand, and my daughter and I experienced a serious victimization. I am complaining because of the lack of quality service provided, which is my right as a consumer. I request that this victimization we have experienced be eliminated (refund or compensation) and that the necessary actions be taken about the branch and information be provided to me.
