Yesterday, the children and I decided to visit this institution. We placed an order in the amount of 38 rubles, an alert came, the operation was carried out successfully), but the staff said that the operation had not been carried out and insisted that the order be paid for again. They were provided with an electronic receipt indicating the amount of the charge, where it was written off, and the time. They told me to expect an order, but they didn't give me a receipt. They gave me the order number in words. When the named number appeared on the screen, they came up for the order, it turned out that no one had made it or was even going to make it. After the complaint book was requested, the staff began to assemble the order somehow. When we arrived home, we found that the burgers did not match the ones we ordered. We ordered burgers with chicken, but we got them with beef. Everything was very heavily soaked in ketchup and mustard (the burgers were ordered for children).
