Everything from consultation to delivery went very well, water was not poured in the cabin, but briefly and to the point they told me what the sofas I was interested in were like, a representative of the company called on the day of delivery, and later the deliverers themselves to coordinate the exact time, upon receipt it was packed conscientiously, delivered everything on time. I saw a review about a strange smell from the sofas of this company, but I did not notice anything like that, although we took it from the exposition. In general, thank you so much for the good, pleasant service, we will contact you again.

I ordered a sofa from this company in the Trym shopping center. At first, everything was fine, everything was done, delivered, assembled. However, then problems arose. The sofa is folding on an independent spring block, but I asked to make the seat softer (they didn't do it on springs), in fact I realized that I was uncomfortable with such a seat. I came and asked if it could be converted to independent springs for my money. They replied that yes, but it was necessary to calculate the cost. They have been counting for 2 months now, then they have lost contacts, then they are busy, then there is no person. When asked to give the contacts of the person who solves such issues, they refused. If you can't provide a certain service, why not say so directly, rather than agree and then stall for time? When ordering upholstered furniture, it is better to contact competitors, there may be problems with this company.
