I am writing about rooms with a balcony overlooking the square and the sea)) The hotel is located in the very center of Izmir, 7 minutes to the old market, to the embankment - cross the road. Hotels in Izmir are not cheap at all. If your purpose of coming is to get to know the city, the place is good. A business trip is also suitable (if the car is parked by friendly staff. I've been there 3 times and I'll give you 5 - for previous achievements, the hotel management needs to tighten up the service a little (we need good coffee for breakfast) and cosmetic repairs inside. The rooms are large, especially those without a balcony))

The obvious advantage is the location. The rooms are quite spacious, the bed is comfortable (only if you are not a threesome) The extra bed is terrible. We were changed twice. They are all old and broken. The staff is friendly. There is breakfast. It's a little meager, but it's not critical. I will choose this hotel again, so a good combination of price and convenience.
