We celebrated a corporate party today. The place is cozy, the waiters promptly remove all unnecessary items from the tables and update the dishes.. as for the food, the hot dish - potatoes, meat, zucchini and corn is perfectly executed, everything else - meat cuts, sausages, all kinds of dried meat chips, for my taste - are too salty. But, this is a club, which means that for a beer, I'm sure everything goes with a bang!.. to the club, prosperity and positive guests, yes, more!!!

I celebrated my birthday a couple of years ago at Bull Dog in Belica. I ate mind-blowing smoker meat, listened to live music and was extremely satisfied. And then they opened a second establishment in the center. An extravaganza was expected, and even near the house. But that was not the case. The food is worse only in the Noob (imho), the service is disgusting, there is nothing to compare it with in Gomel. You can't reach the waiters, if you get through, wait, you need to remind them five times, after hearing about the separate bill, they make big eyes - one bill per table and figure out the calculators yourself. To be clear, this is not a one-time experience, I've been there four times at the moment, because of the quiz, and it's the same every time. This quiz deserves a separate review. Of course, we accelerate there, it can be fun, but the sporting excitement is cut down by one circumstance - the same teams win, and even with a fantastic score. Either these teams are just non-epic scholars, next to whom Anatoly Wasserman nervously smokes (hmm), or they have access to the answers. As a result, three stars for the interior, and the place is well-appointed (I can't mention the names, Yandex doesn't miss them)

But the service leaves much to be desired: the waiters are not attentive, they do not repeat the order after it has been recorded, because of this they bring what they did not order. Dirty plates and empty glasses, unnecessary napkins, are not taken away from the table for a long time. But rather they want to pick up plates of food that they haven't finished yet. I recommend that the management conduct training sessions for the staff.

A very, very nice place, with delicious cuisine, a spacious hall, live music, fast service and a delicious selection of different dishes. Several varieties of draft beer, a gift from the chef to each visitor, various snacks and hot dishes, various sets. And all this in decent portions. We took cod, shrimps in batter, squid rings, various salads, tasted more than five varieties of draft beer and enjoyed live music! I recommend visiting in the late afternoon, live music starts around eight. If you arrive earlier, it's fashionable to just have a delicious meal. But be prepared that many fried dishes are made in batter with breadcrumbs.

A large table and a party for children were ordered , the administrator did not hand over the order for the shift , we came and were denied the holiday , they simply did not hand over the shift , they did not decide in any way , they did not even offer an alternative, they simply did not even let us into the cafe , this is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards people , the children were upset , the parents are shocked , the management didn't even let us talk to them , the restaurant was not customer-oriented , the service and administrators were the worst in the city

We ordered Philadelphia rolls. The dish turned out to be overcooked rice, shapeless, with a collapsed fish with a white coating. It tastes and feels like they were already worried about me) They returned the dish to the kitchen. In response to complaints about the quality of the dish, they told the waiter that the cook and the administrator liked such rolls, and since we refused the dish, it had already been disposed of - they did not agree to return it for a photo of the whitish fish. At the end of the evening, the rolls were included in the final score. The overall impression for the whole company was ruined for the evening. The customer orientation of the establishment and staff leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend visiting.

They gave us a chance, and today there was supposed to be a graduation for children and parents... everything was booked in advance, agreed ... today we arrived at the institution, and there were 20 children and their parents!!! They didn't meet us and said that this was the first time they had heard of us, the admin who was there today refused to call the administrator who took this order, saying that he was on a weekend... they didn't offer to sit down, or even try to figure it out or help... no, they just stood there... we're not waiting for you!!! At the agreed place and time, 20 children arrived with their parents, but no one was waiting for us at the Bulldog Pub....The administration that accepted the order did not share the information with the administrator who worked yesterday. No one tried to help or contact a colleague in any way, saying, "No one told me anything. I won't call anyone, she has a day off. We weren't expecting you here."
