I really wanted to visit a good restaurant with Belarusian cuisine. The choice fell on "Bulbashi" and all expectations were fulfilled. Firstly, the convenient location is in the city center, not far from the metro. Secondly, it has a beautiful interior and comfortable furniture. And further down the list: friendly, prompt service, very tasty food. The portions are good, an interesting combination of products and flavors. We ate so much that we even had to give up the gift dessert for our birthday)) but it was there that we tasted very tasty draniki, exactly the kind I wanted to find in Belarus. There is something high about Belarusian cuisine... A cozy and delicious place in the center of Minsk with a catchy interior. Just as a theater begins with a hanger, so "Bulbashi" begins with welcoming guests and a wardrobe. Next, you go down the stairs to the chamber room, where the walls are decorated in dark colors, and warm, subdued lighting is created by accent and non-trivial light sources... This is how I would start my review if I were some kind of gastronomic connoisseur or journalist. The place is really worth paying attention to, especially recommended for foreign guests of the capital. In my opinion, the waiters here are the most decent (I haven't seen such a service for a long time: they will tell you everything about the ingredients and cooking methods, they don't write them down in notebooks, and they are sooo friendly). There is a certain general tone of the chef in each dish (probably, this is conveyed in cheese sauces and serving dishes). Everything is delicious! Both individually, each ingredient of the salad, and all together. I was amused by the fact that in the menu, in many of the names of the dishes, there is a reference to the area where that duck or pike comes from) On weekends or Friday evenings, you can get in only by pre-booking a table. Prices don't bite, but they are rising (they were in October 2025 and January 2026 - we noticed the difference).

Bulbashi is a great place to eat and relax! We read about him even before the trip to Minsk and walked purposefully. The interior is pleasant to the eye, friendly receptionists and bartenders. Located near the Town Hall. I really liked the cuisine and the serving of the dishes. Draniki with various additives: we tried it with mushrooms and salmon. The portions are large, you overeat for a long time. Delicious beer and tinctures. The average check per person is 1,500 Russian rubles. There is almost always a full boarding, so it is better to book in advance. On our second visit, we were lucky, the receptionist sat us down to eat at the bar (for which I thank her very much), we didn't have to look for something else. I recommend you to visit!

Before each dish, the waiter told us what it was made of, and after each dish she asked if she liked everything. For the hot meal, I took beef tongue with the most delicate mashed potatoes, and for dessert, I took a "Treat" with black tea. How delicious it was! 10 out of 10! For two (without alcohol), they gave a little more than 175 rubles. I want to come back here again. Thanks to the chef and the kitchen, thanks to all the staff! There are two locations in Minsk, on Freedom Square, where we did not get to because everything was busy and on Herzen Street, where we were warmly welcomed. The pricing policy, of course, requires you to fork out, but the portions are large (I advise you to take this point into account and not to starve everything and more: we still couldn't cope, although we came for a late dinner and hadn't had lunch before). That is, one hot dish with salad will be enough for a hungry person. Further, the cuisine in the restaurant is really different from many others in comparison with the menu in Russia. We picked up different dishes, and none were prepared in the expected style! One of the best restaurants in Minsk that we visited. The traditional cuisine of Belarus is presented at a high gastronomic level. The portions are large, even generous. Both my 8-year-old daughter and I are thrilled. I especially remember dumplings with roe deer, ear, and beautiful traditional shingles with porcini mushrooms. Products from different parts of the country, the waiters are happy to talk about the dishes. We heartily recommend the restaurant.

We visited this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The first thing that catches your eye is the incredibly beautiful scenery. the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, very atmospheric and cozy. the staff is friendly. the cuisine is beyond praise — everything was delicious, the service was fast, and EVERYONE should try the charlotte. It's the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. I recommend it! we will definitely come back here again))

Pros: Delicious, fast and beautiful. The room is decorated very well. The hall is located in the basement, but the interior creates a good atmosphere. At the entrance, we were told that the kitchen was loaded, but everything was served about 10-15 minutes after ordering. The staff is very good, they work quickly. The food is top notch. Cons: The average price of the establishment is 40 Belarusian rubles (this is about 1,100 Russian rubles). There may not be a place, but this is more of a plus than a minus - you can consider it a quality mark. In general, I advise you to visit this institution.
