Everything in the apartment was as in the picture. They kept in touch with me, asked if they had checked in, if everything was fine, and answered questions promptly. There was still liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The linen is clean, we have prepared one bath towel each (I would like more). The room also had a pair of hair dryers, a pair of irons, a pair of hangers, and cleaning supplies. It wasn't until we checked in that we realized there was no closet in the room (we didn't notice it in the photos). The TV and refrigerator were working, wi-fi was available, and the washing machine was not turned on. There was a small balcony. In general, everything is fine, there are no complaints.
