We kindly join the 5-star rating. I think that in our cold Ufa I will dream about local delicious breakfasts for a couple of weeks. Many thanks to the hotel team for keeping everything clean, tidy and friendly. I got a room with a sea view and for some ridiculous money (3 nights for two people came out at 10 thousand and a half), with breakfast included. Everything you need is inside, and you've never even heard of any neighbors. There is access to the sea and a relatively long strip of beach for swimming. There is a heated swimming pool, which was refilled and cleaned when we were there. However, we never got into it, because with our long walks we simply did not coincide with his work schedule, and a couple of hours before closing he was busy with visitors to the hammam (( it's a pity that it's not around the clock, but this is probably the only negative. Separately, I would like to note the cool location of the hotel: the very beginning of old Gagra, almost zero people, the road is far from the hotel, an old park and a river flowing out of the gorge are in order nearby (you can walk there separately and get a lot of impressions from waterfalls and rolling hills), across the street is the current Abaata railway station, which you can both arrive and leave it in the early morning or evening before the Imereti resort. The Oldenburg restaurant with its brewery is just a stone's throw away, you can read about it separately, we didn't eat, but we took two very tasty beers with us. The old pier, the Seaside Park, the Prince of Oldenburg Palace and several other notable old abandoned buildings such as the Skala boarding house with its abandoned cable car are 500 m away... In general, at the end of the comment, I come to the conclusion that we are just a little more active in order to keep up with using the pool on schedule. Thank you so much again, we didn't have time to arrive, and I want to come back to you again. I don't often praise something or someone, but here it's absolutely necessary.

Это просто ужасный отель. Живём тут уже 5 дней. Повелись на 1 береговую линию. Переплатили за номер с видом на море. Сам номер и виды на море на этом плюсы закончились. Шведская линия никакая. Все одно и тоже каждый день и не вкусное. Ребенок есть отказывается, да и мы -взрослые, тоже уже это есть не хотим. Приходится ходить и переплачивать в кафе. Бассейн грязный, мутный, вода очень теплая. Персонал не приветливый, все с не довольными лицами. По соседству стоит прекрасный отель в котором мы были три раза. В этом году решили заехать в новый, красивый отель. Очень пожалели. Кто поставил этому отелю 4 звёзды не понятно. Одной звёзды думаю будет достаточно.

The design of the entrance group, foyer, rooms - everything is neat and beautiful 3. The reception and accommodation service and lobby are pleasant, loyal, competent professionals in their field 4. The restaurant staff is really not very friendly and hospitable, but when you are ready for it, it does not cause inconvenience. 5. The pool is difficult to use, the hammam is set up somehow incorrectly, the sauna is on fire 6. The last thing you want to do in a 4-star hotel is tuck a blanket into a duvet cover, but you don't have a choice. 7. The food is clear and delicious, there were no poisoning, you just need to monitor your culture of eating and drinking. You can turn a blind eye to everything by paying a super-loyal price out of season for such pleasant fare conditions. Of course, this is unacceptable in summer. In general, despite the nuances, the impressions are the most pleasant, I wish you success and prosperity, although I'm sure you're rocking anyway)
