This place has captured our hearts. We followed numerous recommendations and were delighted ourselves. The staff is 10 out of 10, the girls are friendly, friendly and happy to help with the selection. In terms of drinks, food, and sweets, they immediately told us how long to wait, and the ice cream themselves was offered to the children to take out the "eaten draniki". The food was all very tasty, the chocolate slice dessert is a direct step into childhood . We will return 100% . The atmosphere is also very cozy and comfortable, as if they had come to visit their grandmother.

We visited this wonderful cafe for the second time. 01/10/2026. we celebrated the 90th anniversary of a respected woman (I wonder if there was a similar fact in the history of the institution?). And again, I liked everything - the hearty cuisine, the convenience, the service, the musical component. I would especially like to mention the work of the waitress Victoria, who was with us all evening - tactfully, expertly, with a sweet smile. She became a part of our festive evening, a pleasant bonus. In general, the Budzma cafe has its own special energy and flavor. For those who haven't been there yet, we recommend it! I'll duplicate the review on other sites to be heard. :) P.S. And yes, thanks to the singer-DJ for playing the song "Hatezhino (Budzma)", which I wrote after my first visit to the cafe. :)

We were at a corporate party on 12/19/2025. I liked the atmosphere and design of the cafe. Wonderful friendly staff, show program and live music. But the food ruined the whole experience. Too greasy , sometimes too salty. We used schnitzel and potatoes as a side dish, all in overcooked oil. Shish kebab from the neck is not bad, salads are richly seasoned with mayonnaise. The appetizer also didn't make an impression.

We visited the Budzma cafe in Minsk and were absolutely delighted! This place was pleasantly surprised not only by the atmosphere, but also by the real Belarusian cuisine, prepared with a soul. Everything was very tasty, from appetizers to desserts, it feels like the products are fresh, and the recipes are traditional, but with an interesting modern presentation. I would especially like to mention the draniki — crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside, served with sour cream and pork rinds, just melt in your mouth. Machanka with pancakes is a separate delight: rich, satisfying, with subtle notes of homemade cooking. Even the plain bread is served here so that you want to take it with you. Local beer and kvass were taken from the drinks — everything was excellent, and the wine pleasantly surprised with its quality. I was also pleased with the service: the staff is polite, friendly, sincerely glad to have guests. Everything is fast, without fuss, but with attention to detail. The interior is cozy, with a Belarusian flavor, not overloaded, everything is very harmonious and warm. The atmosphere is conducive to a relaxing stay, whether it's lunch with friends or dinner as a couple. In general, I definitely recommend it. Budzma is a place where you want to come back again to try something else from the menu. A great example of how to preserve national traditions and at the same time make them relevant and tasty for everyone.

Every time I drive towards Grodno, I try to stop by. In my opinion, the best place with national cuisine in Belarus. The dishes are always delicious with fresh ingredients, served at the right temperature. The interior is pleasant, especially cozy on the second floor when the fireplace is lit! The draniki are super, well structured and fried in fresh oil, delicious! The staff is very attentive and correct. For the sake of visiting this place, I recommend escaping from Minsk and having a delicious meal here for everyone!

There are different tinctures, the guests liked it. It is located near the city, near the road, but the road does not interfere with rest. There is a covered terrace on the 2nd floor. In general, I liked it. If desired (if there is no car), you can even take a bus (372, it seems) from the Kamennaya Gorka metro station.

The beer was sour! The music is normal, but there's really a lot of old music, we love it, but we still wanted modern ones!!!
