The office is abandoned! Booked via booking.com the car belongs to this company. We lost money and time. The booking was paid for by us, and the office has obviously been closed for a long time. We didn't get the car or the money back. We also lost money for a vacation in another city, as we had to go there by rented car. It's just a shame!
