I approached the seller, and at that time she was talking on a video call and did not even interrupt the conversation in order to serve the customer properly. Moreover, she worked with gloves, while holding her phone in them, and then she took money with the same gloves and cooked food. This raises serious questions about compliance with basic sanitary standards. I ordered a hot dog (the so-called "French dog") for 7 rubles — it was simply heated in the microwave, the quality leaves much to be desired. In addition, rude expressions were heard on the phone from the other side, which creates a feeling of a market level of service rather than normal catering. The impression is extremely negative. I hope the management will pay attention to the behavior of the staff and hygiene.

We came to this mini cafe with my mother for the first time, to buy a cold drink and something to eat. We ordered a mojito lemonade and 2 croissants (cherry and caramel) . But unfortunately, the impression is so-so, the drink is not very good, to put it mildly, I drank a little bit, and then I noticed a midge floating there. Of course, you will hardly want to drink after that. As for the croissants, they seem to be quite good. I would hardly have come a second time. There are no questions for the cashier, he served well. But you need to be a little more careful so that there are no such incidents.
