I bought the currency at this branch. I put it in a file. No one touched the currency with their hands, feet, or anything else. A couple of months have passed — I came to change it with a saved receipt. They said that they would withdraw the commission due to the fact that the bill was "somehow wrong." When I expressed my dissatisfaction and said that they were bought here and there was a receipt, they suggested contacting the main office.
