The meat is good, cool, not dry, not overcooked, no streaks of fat were noticed. The vegetables in the shawarma are fresh. The dam did not burst (the bottom of the shawarma). When he left, cook Ekaterina wished him a good day and said goodbye joyfully. I liked everything. I'm going to become a regular customer. In fact, these are French fries, chicken, lettuce leaves and tomatoes, which are mixed with cheese sauce, with a melted cheese cap on top. Like breakfast, it's what the doctor ordered!
