I was captivated by the dishes and the festive atmosphere in my home even before the incredibly delicious dishes were brought: gourmet khachapuri with pear and gorgonzolla (lots of cheese, fragrant honey, crunchy nuts and fluffy dough), seafood skewers - it's impossible not to soak all the sauce, especially the addition of lavash is given quickly and without extra charge. Delicious cappuccino and sea buckthorn tea, we hardly drink alcohol with my husband, but we appreciated the champagne - it was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we're leaving soon, but I'll definitely stop by at least once more before I leave.

I was in the area, wanted to eat, and Yandex.Maps suggested this place. She came in. I ordered adjakhuri with pork. I didn't wait long, they brought it. It's a beautiful dish. But this is not ajakhuri!) The meat is tough, and the potatoes are simply fried separately and sprinkled with salt and herbs on top. Potatoes and meat are not "married"! These are 2 separate ingredients. Just fried potatoes with poorly cooked meat. And the price of this dish is 25 GEL. Which does not match the quality. The drinks offered included alcohol, coffee and tea in a teapot. There is no juice in the restaurant. On the plus side, the waitresses provided good service, the atmosphere, and the water with lemon and mint in a decanter that was brought before the meal. I definitely won't go to this place anymore, I love to eat delicious food so much)

I was absolutely delighted with visiting the Brut restaurant! The Georgian cuisine here is simply a masterpiece: everything is incredibly tasty, fragrant and homely. I was especially impressed with the large portions — I didn't even have to order anything extra to get enough. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing, and the staff was very attentive. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

We visited the restaurant for the first time. He ended up next to our hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, the service is fast. The menu is varied, I was pleasantly surprised that water is served for free. The portions are large, you definitely won't stay hungry. We ordered borscht (too much vinegar for my taste), eggplant salad (I really liked it), chicken soup and pork kebab. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the barbecue. There was a hair on one of the pieces. The waiter reacted quickly, apologized, and offered to redo or cancel the order. We refused because there was already more than enough food. A small incident spoiled the overall impression, but overall the place is decent.

After reading the rave reviews, we stopped by for lunch. As a result, they left disappointed. I didn't like the wine, they took pink, empty, tasteless, not like Georgian wines, they decided to take a mix of seafood and rapana. The bananas were not bad, the rest was frankly not tasty, you can't call them fresh. Rice was ordered for the side dish, the waiter forgot, after the reminder they brought an untrusted one, apparently in a hurry. The price tag is quite high. Overall, we haven't appreciated or shared the rave reviews. We didn't feel anything from France.

I give you a star for the atmosphere and a star for the efforts and smile of the waiter, there is nothing else to give. When a simple salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions) it costs 16 or 18 GEL, you hope that at least everything will be delicious, but in the end you get: a meat plate with a couple of slices of black bread from the store, lard and sausage (so far the worst meat plate in my life); pasta is not pasta, but something more like soup (pasta is just we swam in cream); entrecote is dry, it's hard to eat without sauce; and shingles are without sour cream (even if there is mushroom sauce, sour cream is needed, look at how other establishments in Batumi do it). I liked the cheese sticks and potatoes that were served with the entrecote. I don't recommend this place.

Our visit to this restaurant turned into a nightmare that ruined our entire vacation. Immediately after returning from the institution, our whole family, consisting of six people, felt unwell. Within a few hours, the symptoms worsened, and at night we felt completely unwell. In the morning, the situation reached a critical point when my 70-year-old father became so ill that he lost consciousness. We had to urgently call an ambulance. The doctors confirmed that we all got food poisoning. Instead of enjoying our long-awaited vacation, we had to stay at home for two days due to the negligence of this restaurant. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this place. Don't risk your health and rest. Be careful!

We took borscht, Kiev cutlet and seafood assotri on different days. All portions are very large, especially the cutlet. The size is like a roll, there is also a lot of mashed potatoes. As for prices, in Georgia, all normal restaurants are not cheap compared to Russia.

I don't know why all the people praise this place?! Maybe the atmosphere and the view are great, but the kitchen leaves much to be desired! They came as a family, left 7,500₽ and went hungry! We ordered chicken kebab, olivier salad, khachapuri, eggplant rolls, and another salad + alcohol. The kebab is some 4 pieces with fat, the khachapuri is small, and the salad is filled with some kind of sour sauce... The portions are small, if you understand that you are in Georgia! I don't know, but here, in this place, you just have to try to cook tasteless. If this is a Georgian restaurant, then it's a disaster, I thought all Georgians know how to cook, especially their national! The first place where we didn't like the food! In general, we are disappointed, everyone was unhappy!

We ordered pork ribs that were half in fat, beef steak and shrimp salad with tartar sauce. And they were poisoned by it all that same evening. It's very greasy! And delicious. We would have refused if we hadn't ordered the delivery with us and unwrapped it all just in the room. The most successful restaurant in Batumi.
