We are relaxing in this wonderful place for the second time. A great house, cozy rooms, everything you need, delicious homemade food, a kitchen where you can cook your own food, hospitable wonderful hosts who will always help you solve all your questions, tell you where and how. Gorgeous grounds, large swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas. It's a great place, I definitely recommend it!

We had a rest at the end of June and beginning of July, for this time the weather was so 21 degrees of wind, but the great advantage of this place is the sea near the bay, we swam every day It's a two-minute walk to the beach, and everything is in the shops on the beach. Nonna's chebureks are amazing. The sea is clear, we are coming for the second time and next year we will plan to visit Aida Niso Arthur again. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner works almost soundlessly, it's been hot for the last two days, and the atmosphere on the premises is homely Delicious dining room, very friendly hosts There are no words for the pool, it's just great, the water is clean, and we've never regretted choosing this place. We stayed at the hotel in early June 2025. The hotel is cozy, the location is excellent. The sea is 2-3 minutes away. Along the way there are grocery stores, tents with everything you need for a beach holiday, a pizzeria, a cafe. In addition to the self-catering kitchen, there is a cafe with very affordable prices on site. The pool is clean, the territory is well maintained. There are quite a large number of sun loungers and umbrellas. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer. You can walk to the market, near the ruined but functioning church. You can walk along the beach to the white cliffs. The highway to Sukhum can be reached in 5-7 minutes and you can catch a minibus or a ride.
