I really liked going to this place until a tricky and slightly unpleasant incident occurred recently, which left a residue: there was no beef in the kitchen, so some menu items such as "whole oatmeal porridge with stewed beef and tomatoes" could not be completed in full. So that the porridge was not completely empty, I ordered an additional 40 grams of turkey. In the final bill, they counted the full cost of the oatmeal dish (as if it were with beef) and in addition to it, the cost of the turkey. As if if an institution can't equally compensate and offer a free alternative for a missing ingredient, then it's not worth serving this dish at all. As a result, the institution sells inferior dishes, but at full price, and compensating alternatives (ingredients) are paid on top. Unpleasant

It's not the first time we've been here, and everything is always great. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, you can immediately feel that you are welcome here. There were quite a lot of people today because of the holiday, but our order arrived quickly enough. The coffee was delicious, and the desserts...You can sell your soul to the devil for them, it's so delicious.
