The most beloved and hospitable hotel We have been staying here for the second year. The founders and owners of the hotel are wonderful sincere people! Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and safety reign here. High-quality, delicious homemade food, prepared with a soul. A summer cafe is a perfect solution. 👍 Shish kebab/wings are just fire! Pastries, salads, drinks - a great choice! We had a two-room room. Gorgeous panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. Beautiful balcony. It's super convenient. The kids are thrilled with the pool! We don't want to leave here every time. We always have little time spent in this hotel and in Abkhazia in general. It's really cool to come from some long-distance scenic excursion, park the car in the parking lot and sit in a cafe with a glass of cold drink and a freshly cooked dinner. We love this hotel! We remember our time here with gratitude and warmth.

We spent twelve wonderful days in this guest house. The hotel was chosen according to the recommendations of vacationers, booked back in winter.Lenochka told me everything, answered all the questions, was very patient and attentive. We got there by train, they picked us up at the train station and drove us comfortably to our destination.Irina Alexandrovna met us at the reception and immediately surrounded us with attention. Without exaggeration, she is the soul of Breeze-55.She showed me everything, told me, was always ready to help and answer any question. The territory of the hotel is very cozy, there are a lot of flowers, greenery, since the hotel is young, the trees and the vineyard have not yet grown, I think it will be even better and greener over time.We booked rooms with mountain views. One of the advantages is silence and privacy, one of the disadvantages is the noise of the generator if the lights are turned off.But it is there) and we have never been left without light, water and air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, new, and equipped with everything you need - a refrigerator (not a mini-bar, there was enough space to put drinks, fruits, and sweets), a TV with a USB input (we always take a flash drive with cartoons), a large closet with ten hangers, a hair dryer, and a decent-sized dryer on the balcony.Very comfortable mattresses, two pillows to choose from, snow-white towels and bed linen, there are blankets in the closet.Linen change and cleaning on the 5th day on request. Here is a small wish for the administration:the sand drags off the beach, no matter how hard you try, it still gets dirty after two days and you had to manually wash the balcony and the room.It would be great if wet cleaning was done at least once every three days without separate requests. There is an iron, an ironing board and a mirror on the floor (there was no large mirror in our rooms, only in the bathroom). There are glasses, a corkscrew, a shoe spoon.I recommend taking all consumables with you, especially if you are traveling for a long time. One of the hotel's wishes is to hang hooks on the side of the sink for face towels and, if possible, provide soap dispensers) The floors, the reception, the dining room, the grounds, and the pool are simply sterile. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious, they don't skimp on food, delicious porridge with milk, homemade pate, very decent sausage and bacon, always fresh eggs, pancakes, casseroles. The sadness of a coffee lover is that there is no coffee machine, only instant coffee or Turkish coffee in Apatsk)Lunch and dinner can be ordered according to the menu.Very tasty soups, we tried everything, delicious trout, French-style meat, liver. There are proper khinkali dishes in Apatsk - lots of meat and thin elastic dough, we ate them only here, because usually in Abkhazia the dough is fluffy, but we like thin ones. They always had homemade tkemali sauce, which was extremely delicious, and I even begged for a bottle with me)I also really liked how they cook boats with egg, mushrooms, kebabs and local pickles with elderberries.A very pleasant young wine, although we are fans of dry, we often took it.Homemade tangerine juice and feijoa compote are also very tasty. We had lunch and dinner here most of the time, if we didn't go on excursions. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk away, the road is different, some of it is paved, the rest is asphalt, the gorgeous smell of eucalyptus near coastal hotels and snow-capped mountains on the horizon😍The beach is equipped, a sunbed is 200 rubles, an umbrella is 300 rubles.Towels can be taken from the hotel, the main thing is not to forget and not to leave them on the beach. It was a little annoying that there were no buoys and all the bananas and motorcycles were going almost over their heads. But the sea is crystal clear, no rivers, drains and other delights. There are several shops near the hotel, the Dolphin is expensive, if time allowed, we went towards the Psou recreation center, where prices are cheaper. From the Dolphin you can go to Tsandripsh and white rocks. If you need to go to Gargy, New Athos, Sukhum, turn right from the hotel, go through the railway tracks to the highway and catch a minibus from Psou.Tsandripsh railway station has its own Duty-free service, several shops that open half an hour before the arrival of trains from Sukhum. The most convenient is Sukhum-Moscow, shops open at 17:00. The village of Amzara itself is very small and quiet, suitable for family holidays.Interesting excursions from here include the Hashupse Canyon and the Celestial Empire (or Ah-Ag). If you want to have a good time somewhere, I recommend the Aparpyl restaurant, a very atmospheric restaurant where live music (violin, accordion, saxophone) is often played or vocalists are singing and very tasty desserts. I recommend the Briz-55 Guest House for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. My son cried for the first time when leaving the sea, drew a picture with the hotel and Irina Alexandrovna and said he would really like to return) Thanks to all the staff of Briz-55 for their sincerity, we wish the hotel prosperity and good guests. We will definitely return there again!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. According to the enthusiastic reviews, my friends chose this place. From the moment of check-in and check-out of the hotel, the hosts and the receptionist did not leave without attention. Everything was told, shown, explained. For the sake of such a sensitive and attentive attitude, I want to return there! Parking was also important because we were in a car. It's big and closed here. Clean, well-maintained territory.. The pool is a separate love. The water is warm and clean! The kids were ready to spend the whole day in it! Breakfast is included. They're just 😋😋😋. Delicious, satisfying, varied! For every taste! We had a two-room room. Clean, tidy, snow-white bed linen. There is everything you need. We walked about 7 minutes to the sea. Shops are within walking distance. There are souvenir kiosks on the way to the sea... If we return to Abkhazia, then only to you.
