Incredibly cozy and atmospheric place. The first line of the sea, new houses renovated, everything inside for a comfortable stay + a projector with a working YouTube without VPN!Good location for sightseeing trips, minibuses ride directly from home + the owners will always help with knowledge of where and how to get there. Definitely 5 stars.

It's a place where you feel at home. We've been coming for years to relax, it's always clean, tidy, cozy, the yard and garden get prettier every year, and there's a special atmosphere in the evening.There are all conditions for a comfortable stay, there is a kitchen where you can cook with special pleasure) The sea is behind the gate, a clean beach, smooth access to the sea, sand, beautiful nature around. There are also various beach activities, fishing, jet skis, several cafes on the coastline, in the neighborhood of New Athos and Gudauta, where there is a place to go and see, for us this is an ideal location, a beautiful quiet place for a family holiday.

We had a rest quite recently-in May of the 25th year. Hospitable hosts and close proximity to the sea. The territory is like an arboretum. Everything is surrounded by greenery and flowers. I caught a mutton on the owners' tackle. We were satisfied. Now we want to visit this place in the fall. I recommend.

We had a vacation in May 2025. The place is very nice and peaceful. Wonderful and hospitable hosts. The sea is nearby, we went to drink coffee on the shore. My husband managed to go fishing in the sea. The garden has a tangerine paradise, lots of flowers. Excellent and comfortable rooms. We definitely plan to visit this cozy corner again.

A good place to relax. The hosts are kind and hospitable. The rooms are neat and clean. The sea is a minute away. There is a barbecue area, a nice kitchen outside with its own refrigerator, shelves. There is a microwave and kettle, gas stove. I'm not a picky person, so I don't care, but maybe someone will be bothered by the location of the houses next to the railway, which trains sometimes ride on. I really enjoyed my vacation in this place, with these people. I will definitely come again!

We had a rest from July 14 to July 22, 2025 in a beautiful, cozy place. Hospitable, helpful hosts. The room is clean and has everything you need: split system, projector, Wi-Fi, bathroom. There is a parking space in the courtyard. The sea is just around the corner (2 minutes walk). Nearby there is a cafe and a canteen with pleasant prices, the food is delicious.

We have already rested at Elena's 3 times! The whole family is very happy with the rest! There is a good fast wifi for working with a laptop in nature under tangerines Beautiful tangerine garden with gazebos and lemon trees! The sea is 50 meters away. In the morning, you can go to the sea, swim and start grilling kebabs! Top rest! Slow down and enjoy every minute! Sincere hosts!
